IMAP Mail Configuration Guide
Here are the four mailboxes we'll be setting up. Each one follows the same process — just use the matching server details for each domain.

On your iPad home screen, tap the Settings app (the grey gear icon).
Scroll down the left-hand sidebar and tap Apps, then tap Mail.
Tap Mail Accounts at the top of the Mail settings, then tap Add Account.
You'll see a list of email providers (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc.). Scroll to the bottom and tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
Fill in the New Account form:
Tap Next when done.
At the top of the next screen, you'll see two tabs: IMAP and POP. Make sure IMAP is selected (it should be highlighted).
This is the key step. Enter the server details for your mailbox:
mail. followed by the domain. The User Name is always your full email address. Your iPad may autofill the password from the shared Keychain.Tap Next. The iPad will verify your settings — this may take 30 seconds or so.
If the iPad asks for advanced settings, or if verification fails, tap the account you just added and check these settings:
| Setting | Incoming (IMAP) | Outgoing (SMTP) |
|---|---|---|
| Use SSL | ON | ON |
| Authentication | Password | Password |
| Server Port | 993 | 465 |
587 instead.Tap Save. Your mailbox will appear in the Mail app and begin syncing.
Now go back to Step 2 and repeat the process for each of your remaining accounts, using the matching server details from the account cards at the top of this page.
All four accounts at a glance — same ports and SSL for each, just different hostnames.
| Account | Server (In & Out) | Username |
|---|---|---|
| Scamp DfaaL | mail.scampdfaal.com | paul.brady@scampdfaal.com |
| Biscuit Holdings | mail.thebiscuitholdings.com | paul.brady@thebiscuitholdings.com |
| London Property | mail.londonpropertycapital.com | paul.brady@londonpropertycapital.com |
| Secure Growth | mail.securegrowthpropertyfunds.com | paul.brady@securegrowthpropertyfunds.com |
993 (SSL ON) · SMTP Port 465 (SSL ON) · Authentication: Password · Passwords available in shared iCloud KeychainIf you see a certificate warning, tap Continue or Trust. This is normal for shared hosting servers and is safe to accept.
If the server name shown is tardis.unihost.com.au, that's correct — it's the same server, just a different name.
Double-check that you've entered the full email address as the username (not just "paul.brady"). Verify your password is correct — it's case-sensitive. Try switching the outgoing port from 465 to 587.
Go to Settings → Passwords on your iPad and search for the domain name (e.g. "scampdfaal"). If the shared Keychain passwords haven't synced yet, make sure you're signed into iCloud and that Passwords & Keychain is turned on in your iCloud settings. If you still can't find them, give us a call and we'll sort it out.
